It is compulsory for the student to complete 75% of thier attendance in an year to make them eligible to appear in thier final Examination.
The school attaches importance to regular attendance because children learn by sharing knowledge actively in class.
Absence from school must be explained by the parent in the absence record which is found in the diary before it can be condoned and the student admitted into class.
A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a medical certificate of fitness declaring him/her out of quarantine before he/she can be admitted into class.
No leave will be sanctioned during the school year.
After a vacation, attendance on the first day in school is compulsory. If absent on any circumstance he/she will have to pay re-admission fee when he/she returns.
Any prior information regarding absence will not be accepted.
Attendance is compulsory on the following Days:-
Independence day ( 15 August)
Republic Day ( 26 January )
The school Annual Day
Any Importance occassion declared by the school authorities
A student returning to school after an infectious or contagious disease must produce a doctor's certificate declaring him/her completely cured.
